A break to meditate can relieve stress and promote insightful self-development and wellbeing. In lunchtime classes we introduce two ancient meditation practices: Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness meditation, and we work with a variety of both traditional and contemporary Mindfulness practices, including walking meditation and 'three minute meditations'.
