CLASSES + COURSES
If you would like to learn to meditate, or to join with a friendly group to help you sustain and deepen an existing meditation practice in connection with others, here are our courses for 2023.
The London Meditation Project loves to work as a face-to-face project, working with people directly in small groups, to explore the benefits of meditation. Since 2020, we have been doing some meditation courses online, and we led Self-Compassion sessions for NHS workers both online and in person where possible during the Covid pandemic. We are delighted to be getting back to in-person events again. Please email us if you are interested in a bespoke meditation course for your workplace.
We look forward to meeting you!

This six-week lunchtime meditation course is open to everyone. We will practice gently led Mindfulness of Breathing and Loving Kindness meditations, in a small, friendly group. Led by Catherine Powell, a wholehearted meditation teacher with 27 years of meditation experience, who has led meditation sessions for many different people, including City workers, charitable organisations, military veterans, and for NHS workers during the pandemic.
The Tent, St Ethelburga's Centre for Reconciliation and Peace, 78 Bishopsgate, London EC2N 4AG
Cost: £90.00 per six week course, £55.00 Key-workers and Concessions (read conc info)
