Learn to meditate in 2019! The London Meditation Project is running these courses in the City:

EARLY MORNING MEDITATION COURSES

Meditation is an effective way to start the day with a clearer and more open state of mind. A regular meditation practice can help to relieve stress and promotes insightful self-development and wellbeing.

These six week courses will introduce Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) meditation. These practices come from the Buddhist tradition. There will also be an introduction to useful very short meditations, helpful for practising during a busy day. The course welcomes people of all faiths, or none.

Newcomers to meditation are welcome. We also have a core of regular participants who are deepening their practice by continuing to meditate regularly in these open, friendly meditation groups.

NEW YEAR 8 WEEK EARLY MORNING MEDITATION COURSE: EIGHTFOLD PATH TO A WISER LIFE led by Catherine Powell (no class on 21 FEBRUARY)

This eight week course will explore an ancient, holistic and integrating traditional path of practice in eight key aspects of our lives, which leads to a happier and wiser way of being. We will bring mindful reflection to our vision and perception of how things are, our actions, speech, livelihood, quality of attention, and more.

These teachings are rooted in the Buddhist tradition: however they can bring liberating mindful reflection to your life in the context of any faith, or none.
