Learn to meditate in 2019! The London Meditation Project is running these courses in the City:
EARLY MORNING MEDITATION COURSES
Meditation is an effective way to start the day with a clearer and more open state of mind. A regular meditation practice can help to relieve stress and promotes insightful self-development and wellbeing.
These six week courses will introduce Mindfulness of Breathing and Metta Bhavana (loving kindness) meditation. These practices come from the Buddhist tradition. There will also be an introduction to useful very short meditations, helpful for practising during a busy day. The course welcomes people of all faiths, or none.
Newcomers to meditation are welcome. We also have a core of regular participants who are deepening their practice by continuing to meditate regularly in these open, friendly meditation groups.

Cost: £70.00 per five week course, £45.00 regulars, £25.00 concessions (full time students, unemployed, over 60, low waged)

Our concession rates aim to support those who are unemployed and receiving benefits, low waged, full time students, or people over 60 years of age. On occasion we offer concession rates for other reasons depending on individual circumstances: do contact us to ask if you are in difficult circumstances.
